How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Returns can take up to 10 days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification.
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
Which items are excluded and cannot be returned?
Free gifts or promotional items
Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
Items sent back after 30 days of purchase
Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.
Can I exchange an item?
Because we can't ensure our #regalbabe will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please submit a request via email within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
We do NOT provide return shipping labels. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Regal Karats will not be able to fulfill your return.
