Currently, you can not use your new customer code or any discount code on sale items but feel free to use your code on another non-sale item.

Can A Current Discount Code Be Applied To A Previous Order?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of check out. Regal Karats does not apply any discounts to previously made orders.

My order will not process and I know I have the available funds?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.

I want to purchase and item that is sold out, what should I do?
Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.
